JATC Local 625 - Nova Scotia ______________________________
The JATC have developed a Training and Education-based customized Program that is the finest in the industry. We are continually reviewing ways to improve and update the curriculum and resources to keep members of Local 625 advancing with technological changes in the electrical industry. Through the use of the Union Office / Training Centre, we are able to provide all the necessary training to our members in an environment owned solely by Local 625. Our programs are available to all members of Local 625, and Electrical Contractors, and they are encouraged to enroll in as many courses as possible, as this is an important advantage to our membership. The JATC will attempt to put on as many courses as possible subject to the finances of the Training Fund and interest of the membership. The JATC urges your participation in making these training courses a success. We maintain a membership list, and track the member's interest in the various courses offered. When there is adequate interest in a particular course, we will notify you. Depending upon the majority enrolled, we can schedule the course for evenings, weekends, or days, upon availability. Please look at the Training Section for more information on what courses are available. If there are any other courses Local 625 Members or Unionized Electrical Contractors would like to see offered by the JATC, or require any information please contact the Administrator/Training Coordinator.
