Through industry, government, labour and education partnerships and a terrific network of volunteers, the Nova Scotia Skills Competition prepares students for the realities of the working world.
The Nova Scotia Skills Competition will take place in April, 2010 at various locations across the province. Our event is open to the public and school group s to tour the competitions and participate in the interactive displays in our career showcase. Last year we had approximately 300 competitors, and 1500 students tour through the event. The gold medal winners from most competitions go on to join Team Nova Scotia and compete at the Canadian Skills Competition.
