The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers endorses a CD produced by the Canadian Standards Association. It is called the ESAT. Electrician's Self Assessment Tool. This CD has one thousand sample questions, and is produced by the SAME people that author the Red Seal Exam you are about to take.

There are exam websites out there, but at the end of the day the code that is being tested is offered in CD format for you to economically learn, in the comfort of your own home.
